Lumpia




Another Pinoy Food is the Lumpia. Vegetables and meat marinated together and wrapped with lumpia or molo wrapper. Then deep fried for more tasteful effect.

Lechon

Lechong Baboy in Tagalog or native roasted pig. A translation is necessary here to give a regional distinction to a common delicacy that is a traditional fare in every Filipino occasion. 

Longganisang Lucban

Longganisang Lucban was traditionally sold by streetside cart vendors and were served up in banana leaves. It was eaten not with the use of utensils but rather hinahabhab, hence the name. The latter on the other hand was a far cry from the usual sweet longganisa, being salty and going great with the local suka from coconut.
